PGA Tour - Not receiving rewards, Rewards missing, Rewards tab gone.
I was opening rewards and the game glitched out and now the entire Rewards section is gone entirely what do I do?

Unable to claim rewards from tournaments.
The reward tab will not show after completing tournaments even after a day where tournaments end.
Completed in a few daily tourneys but didn't get any rewards.

What happens when the bug occurs? Nothing, I just cannot claim my rewards
What do you expect to see? LET ME ACCEPT MY REWARDS
No rewards tab shown

I’m on PC and my game does the same thing there is no reward tab. Did you find a fix?

Where is this fabled “rewards” section located in the menu as I have been looking for it in every place I can think and there is not one for me

Summarize your bug I am completing challenges and completing quests, for instance, I won the masters and finished 13 under through 4 rounds. It went into a playoff and the final screen said I only went 1 under and even though I won only got xp for the playoff holes, not the entire round, and didn't get rewarded for finishing 9 under or better. Also, the quests are saying completed and rewards are saying they have been collected, but I haven't collected anything and the reward screen isn't even available. How is this even possible..

What happens when the bug occurs? I can't collect rewards in my account.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see more coins in my account and the full challenge to be completed. And some sort of compensation for all of these issues.

How is this even possible.. this game was working no more than a day ago. I finished the Nike challenge and it took me the better part of two hours for nothing. Finished the masters for nothing. I need some sort of reimbursement. This game is 70 bucks and I've spent my own money on in-game stuff, for the game to be this broke is unacceptable.
I am getting this bug too. Spent 2 hours doing challenges and have no rewards to show from it. Should have about 50,000 XP to collect.
how can EA release a game with this many bugs!!!

Summarize your bug I have played in online and career tournaments and have completed quests and ranked pretty well in online play. I am not receiving my currency rewards, this is an inconvenience as I am trying to save up and get new specs. Now I’m not sure how I will do that.

Ive won the Masters and have uncollected rewards, as well as doing sponsor rounds and i the reward tab wont show for me to collect the items i have,

- @Ultrasonic_77 it was all working on my ps5 till today after the update finished the 1st sponsor challenges and does not show up as done
i went back in the challenge and all the challenges are done with all stars but in the menu it shows no stars on all challenges i did today after update
I am unable to access rewards. I’ve won multiple tournaments and completed multiple challenges etc. I have no access to collect rewards and the tourney’s that I’ve won are not displaying that I’ve won nor have any rewards been granted

If you close the game and open it, it should account for your wins. The rewards tab stays gone though
It’s pretty broken since it is the main reward system in the game. EA sucks again and I am stupid for buying a game at launch.

Summarize your bug Career quest rewards are not being given to me. Yesterday they did not even awards me the stars for winnin the masters in amateur, today it has acknowledged i completed it but no reward has been given, also completed US open as an amateur and ig has acknowledged it but no reward! Was working fine at first i paid £70 for this, if the rewards do not get fixed and i do not get the rewards im owed then i want my money back i really hope this isnt a cash grab so people will get impatient and spend stupid real money on specs and equipment.

- @chrisb86yeh Same - just won a career tournament and did not receive rewards - was getting them before.
@CHROMExSKULL yeah i was getting before too. Sad thing is if they do not give us what we are owed the only way to get all those rewards is to use a different profile
this issue has been fixed for now! So happy i got all rewards i was missing. I didnt believe it would be possible but glad if it happens again i can rest easy that it will get sortedWasnt supposed to be underlined idk what im doing lolll

The rewards tab has disappeared altogether on my home screen.
Ea needs to fix this now even when I beat the sponsorship challenges they won’t even register

What do you expect to see? Rewards. XP, Specs, compensatory rewards

I’ve done some championship and sponsors challenges I’ve getting stars now but not getting any rewards it says I’ve collected them but I haven’t as I should be getting xp and clubs but no rewards tap available.
