PGA Tour - Purchased Equipment about Showing Up

EA Sports PGA Tour - I purchased the lightning ball trail using earned points, but the item does not show up in my equipment. Tried resetting the system (Xbox Series X) and game, waiting a couple day...

    Hey EA_Illium, thanks for responding. Here is my info:

    • Platform: Xbox
    • EA ID (PSN ID/Gamertag): Funkbunny007
    • Are you getting an error message? No
    • Which item did you purchase? Golf Ball Lightning Trail (10,000 points, I think)
    • What type of network are you using? (Wired, Wireless, Hotspot) Wired, 1Gb Fiber Connection
    • Is anything else happening? No other issues. Game plays fine.
    • Please share any steps you've tried to far to resolve the issue: Prior to this post, I tried the steps listed on the help page (https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/how-to-find-your-missing-in-game-content/?isIhi=true&p=ea-sports-pga-tour#purchased-items)
    • If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip... Nothing to show here… The item was visible in the store on the Featured tab prior to purchase. After purchase, my credits went down by the item cost and the item was no longer visible in the store (replaced with a new offer?).

    UPDATE: After typing all this out, I did just check again and the effect has finally shown up in my inventory. This issue is resolved. Thanks again for responding!  🙂
