Also, I see you have an integrated graphics chip and a dedicated Nvidia card. Can we give the following a try if you haven't?

• Default your PC to the dedicated Graphics card: Troubleshooting Graphics issues 
• Close other running applications on your device
• Try running the client and game as an admin
  
  
• Repair your game via the EA App - Repair (Library > Tile Dots > Repair)
• Clear EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery) 
  
• Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
• Run the System File Checker tool, then Check for Windows and GPU updates
