PGA Tour PS5 - Audio settings not saving

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Turn on game. Go to settings>Audio. Change menu music and game music settings. Apply changes. Enjoy adjusted audio levels. Turn off game. Turn on game. Go to setting>Audio. See how all audio settings are back to default.
What happens when the bug occurs? Music is blasting when I start the game, so I know I have to go change the audio settings again.
What do you expect to see? I expect to hear music at the level I saved. And see the settings I saved previously.

PS5 - Menu music audio level is not saved, restart always at 100%.

I set it at 40% and save.

But when i restart the game the audio level is always at 100%

I feel like this is a pre release game and I get it, EA is famous for over selling and under delivering since after Battlefield 1942 ( one of the best games ever made).  I am sure a patch is near as quarterly results are evaluated to the share holders and all but... holy crap.. the audio compression is awful.. I can handle the creepy mannequin models and PS3 graphics but I'm about to resort back to Rory McIlroy PS4 for a golf game that doesn't make my ears bleed.

SFX, Voices, announcers game audio are so compressed, it reminds me of a 64kbps MP3 from 1996.  I've tried various settings on my AVR such as bit decoding, Dolby, stereo (PS5 headphones) it's all the same.  Compressed low-fidelity audio for non music.  

My buddies and I have been waiting for an EA to bring back the good old days of Tiger Woods Golf since "other offerings" have been merely simulator and so far for my pre-order am a little underwhelmed.. as a Steam green-lighter... I am used to such things and want to give good vibes to the dev's and hope we get the audio cleaned up soon (and then FPS, then RT and then bring Anthem back to what it was supposed to be =)......

PS5 - 4k Monster HDMI

Denon AVR-S940H

7.2 Surround (Klipsch In Wall's and twin SVS PB-2000 Pro Subs)

TV- Samsung NEO 120htz QLED

ISP 1gig/1gig fiber, connection wired ethernet

I've messed with the PCM/Dolby/DTS out setting on PS5 - rebooted the whole audio system and PS5 and it now sounds better on PCM - but there is still plenty of audio compression in SFX and voice work.

Ps5: sound and gameplay settings will not save, after closing game they go Back to default. 

On the PS5, some audio options for me are not saving from one session to the next.  

These include, commentary, menu music, gameplay music.  I turn these options off and then, with a new session, they are back on.
