PGA Tour, What are Specs and how do you get them?

I don't kknow what specs are. I only read that they can add to your club. How can I get them?

Specs are basically boosts you can add too your clubs and ball ..you can buy them on the store and can also earn them from some quests and weekly and seasonal online tournaments on pro, tour and sim I believe
