PGA Tour, What are Specs and how do you get them?

I don't kknow what specs are. I only read that they can add to your club. How can I get them?

When do the specs update in the store? Seems like it's been on Speith and Matsuyama for more than a week now.

The pro specs change every two days. I've not been looking at the others close enough to see if they do the same.

Edit: @OGMudddBone if yours really haven't updated for a week it makes me wonder if you're game is connecting to the EA Servers?
