PGA Tour will not install on PS5

Hello. I was asked by EA chat assistance to leave question here.  I downloaded EA PGA Tour to my PS5 but it will not install properly. It opens to a screen with Scheffler playing a round at Augusta.

I tried clearing the cache but that did not work.

It has-been like this for 18 hours.

Please help.  Any suggestions?
