When you fill out the form, choose "Update EA Account" as the topic, which should bring up the chat option. Hope this helps!

Unfortunately, we can't check your account or purchases here in the EA Forums. The EA Help team is better equipped to assist you with account and billing-related issues. What happens when you try contacting them? Did you manage to contact them via chat?
Long story short I was told to get in line (paraphrasing) and it's been a week with no response or resolution to my issue
