Put lines are never accurate, and they can't be:
Do you know what speed/distance the ai used to calculate that line? No? Me neither...

I have played several golf games that as long as you hit the right speed and direction and distance they follow the line and drop. Now the really bowed lines are more difficult but can be managed. This game has some bad lines some times like a 45 degree angle on a one foot putt where it should be 5 degrees. Just saying.

I fully agree with you. The reason is because the developers programmed every putt to die at the hole. Inside a few feet most of us of us in real life will take the break out and just hit the ball firmer.
EA should have done the same for short putts that show substantial break, especially for the AI.
And has anyone ever seen an AI hit a pick shot out of the bunker? I have never played one because it extends my playing time. But from what I have seen all they every do is blast well past the hole.
