    Well it's Wolf Creek, it explains a lot. Downhill putts, specially breaking one, will get this result from time to time. Same for Chambers Bay and the Majors courses. I hate it but Update 3 broke putting.

      Wolf Creek (aka Cardi Creek) and Chambers Bay (aka Broccoli Bay) were my two least favorite courses in the game. After the Notorious Update Three, those two courses have become nuisance courses. Even though both courses exist in real life, none of them currently holds any PGA Tour Tournaments.

        The worst of the worst has got to be French Championship at Evian. Ridiculous mounds built up around the cup. And why include this in the game?

    People defend the game then complain about it... I don't get it. The putting model and cup physics in this game have never been right. I cannot explain their current concept for cup physics, but I couldn't explain their thoughts for the original one either. But obviously EA thinks they got it right because they have had ample time to make adjustments.

    These courses are supposed to be mapped to within 1/4"... and if people believe the putting mechanics in this game are correct, then I don't see how anyone can complain about how the ball breaks in the game. 

    I don't have a problem with how the greens break on any of the courses... my issue is just with the putting and cup physics.

    The grids and beads may not be granular enough to show every break... I personal don't use them so it is a non-issue.
