Yeah, what happens in that video's clearly nonsense! How often are people seeing this sort of thing? I've not seen anything like this across something like 150 holes played since the update I'd guess. I'm asking in case there's something that makes it more likely that's worth trying to pin down to help get this fixed, or make the game more playable till it does.
For info. I play on PS5 but I know @agentputt does too so it's not that.
Saran wrapped. The ball rolled on top of the hole. Stopped. Left for a bogey tap in. The ball looks like it is still over the hole.
For reference. This is a put left short.

Yes. That’s my point. Those are two different holes. Short putts I get. I’ve done it a bunch of times out on the course. The second post shows a short putt. The first post shows the lie after the ball was on top of the hole, without dropping. The result is the lie that is neither in the cup or on the edge.
