I haven't played in a bit... but I jumped on tonight to play with a friend. Not complaining, I shot -11 @ Kiawah and then -12 at Evian. But the putting seemed different...
I usually leave the ball inside 3 feet when I putt, my first putt rolled 12 feet past the hole. I wasn't sure if it was me or the game. But all night everything seemed a little more sensitive than I remember.
I haven't seen anything regarding it in any patch notes.
Though I was hitting a lot straighter than normal, and my distance control was also surprisingly good.
Brutal with the roll overs are the slowest speeds. Wish the brass would acknowledge this.
- @RodSirloin Absolutley... I have way more issues with this than the lip outs.
I also love how an opponent gets punished when the ball says it stopped in the rough. But is then in the hazard... and then they get to drop the ball on the green and gets to putt.
The game looks pretty good, but the gameplay has so many flaws. @RodSirloinI just got burned by them too recently. I made an approach shot that put me within 3 feet of the hole. I thought this was an automatic shot, and I was dead wrong. It turned out to be a slow rolling putt and I missed it by that much.
