I rarely get good results when I red - fast a putt like the first one. It looks like it was hit too hard, and the quick putt feature gave it a weird animation that I haven't seen since the cup physics were fixed months ago.
@Katybee_1313 I agree with you completely. The first putt was clearly staying on the high side of the hole (left side) and when it reached the hole it was going to lip out and end up right and past the hole. That is exactly where it ended up after you skipped it. The animation clearly glitched and showed the ball take a very odd angle, but you can tell from watching the first second or so of the putt that it was going to either miss left or lip out, which is what it did. I'd advise to just simply hit fast forward on your putts and you'll never see them do anything weird like that again.
@packattack04082watch that 1st video in slow-mo and watch what the ball does at the 6-7 second mark... kicks HARD right even before it gets anywhere near the hole... also why should i have to adjust my play style to accommodate this game, -EA- needs to fix this, I'm willing to bet other people that don't post on here have EXACTLY the same issue
- @-Roasted513- The ball went straight right at 6-7 seconds because you hit 'skip shot'. It was just an animation glitch caused by you skipping the shot. That isn't what the ball was actually going to do. It was going to lip out on the left side of the cup and the ball ended up exactly where it would have if you had simply let the putt go in normal speed. You don't have to accommodate how you play, but you do need to accept that you simply missed that putt. The putt wasn't going in because you had a bad line and too much speed on it. The graphical glitch that happened was only a result of you hitting the 'quick putt' button as you call it.

I guess EA could fix it to accommodate your play style. When we all hit quick putt, the ball shall always go automatically in the hole. If the ball doesn't go automatically in the hole, it's EA's fault and they have to fix it so it shall always go automatically in the hole.

You made a great point here. The comment just sums up all the posts they made. When they hit the putt too hard and use quick putt, they blame EA, the wind, Evian, the other players who scored better, and possibly their dog or cat except for themself. I get surprised when they contradict themself after another gamer has a similar issue.. I think they are expecting an easy button from the Staples Center to put them on top of the leaderboard.
