putting is STILL broken! putts roll over the hole, that "kick save and a beauty" STILL happens, (line up putt and goes towards the hole then KICKS the opposite direction just before it gets to the h...
All that video shows is the game interpolating between two ball positions. Had you let that putt actually play out in real time you'd have seen it lip round the back edge of the cup.
If it's a bug, why would we used quick putt/skip shot if we don't have to? The game is working just fine for the rest of us without using quick putt. Hitting or not hitting quick putt, you hit that putt too hard and it just wasn't going to go in.
You can save yourself the effort, we've already told you exactly why it happens.
@lolwhat1234you have NO clue "why this happens"
its something that -EA- is doing, because this can and will happen on ANY hole ANYTIME from ANY distance
I've even had putts from off the green do exactly the same thing

Most of us are coming to the conclusion that quick putt should not be used. They are still not getting it. It reminds me of NBA 2K gamers who constantly makes Shaq or Michael Jordan attempt three pointers like Steph Curry but complains game is broken because they can’t make those shots. Using quick putt has that weird animation that would resemble Shaq bricking the three.

Read this post again. I can even put it in big letters for you if it helps.
The game engine is doing what every other game engine does. You're seeing a quirk of animation resulting from you skipping to the end of the putt, and thus assuming the last few frames of rendered ball motion were an accurate reflection of the underlying physics simulation. But it's not and everyone else knows that. Apologies if some of these words are too long for you.
since -everyone- else doesn't have the issue I do here, and instead of trying to looking into this, its nothing but excuses in return
EA could look into it and eliminate quick putt/skip shot in the game, that would solve your problem.

That would be a great solution. At least we would see a reduction in rage posts about losing strokes if that gets implemented. That would totally be a different stroke.
I stopped skip putt a few hours into the game. Same with auto putt once you see them miss. It's odd to continue with either.
I had one today at the LA CC having the same result as the first video. The putt hit the right edge of the cup, ball lip out around it and end up in the same position on the left side of the hole as in the video.

@PalomaMarvel24The thing is fast/skip putting only saves a couple seconds anyway if it's broken for you why bother using it? I use it all the time with no problems.
I actually don’t use it and I am not the one with the complaint. I think @Katybee_1313 made a response to the complaint from the OP and provided a solution on their complaint. I agree with her solution.

@PalomaMarvel24I know @Katybee_1313 made the suggestion of removing fast/skip putting from the game. I was just making the point I have no problem why should i lose the option to use fast/skip putt?
If quick putt is working well for you, I just think OP is hitting putt too hard. Every one is telling them that but they just refuse to listen and claim quick putt is broken. Maybe quick putt is not working for them because they just spam the same rage post every week.
Back to your question, I think you should have that option. The OP might need to learn how to use quick putt.
