it’s literally like the game says “if you hit the ball properly it will land here”. So I hit the ball properly and it lands… far away from that.
You may be already, but the way to view the expected landing area is one the size of the shaded area centred about where the blue arc indicates, and noting that variable wind/gusts could be a factor (you'll see the blue live moving about). The ball's trajectory is weighted much more heavily towards the centre of this zone too. This may come down to what constitutes 'far away' for you though.
A video example would be interesting to see if you still feel something inexplicable is happening.
@Ultrasonic_77 I understand and as mentioned above, the ball is flying three times that expected landing area away from that expected landing area.
I have been playing golf games for over 30 yrs. I wouldn’t be commenting at all if it wasn’t absurd. I can also understand that people not playing in arcade wouldn’t notice. It is a difficult game. But the fact is, even if you do everything correctly, this game still decides you didn’t. That is absurd.
