@EdrickLee33I like it, without it the game would be too easy and I would tire quickly, but they could have made it optional.
- @IXOYE56 I can appreciate that, too. For those who do wish to have a very realistic feeling game experience, this is great. These random acts of the digital gods do mimic the unpredictable nature of actually playing golf in the real world.
But for those of us who do want to play a game as if we are some superhuman Tiger Woods lab created clone… this game is nerfed.
Maybe it’s just the fact that I am a psychologist and find gaslighting humans to be wrong. LolI have wrote this many time in forums how bad the RNG is in this game. first of all the if you play on arcade full line you always get the same sway of the line moving back and fourth, left right left right left right. i have tried to time it to hit where the line would be when i hit it but NOPE! perfect perfect and ball goes against the wind. Only thing in this game that is not RNG is your hitting distance and your putting. But hitting the ball straight, left right, is up to the RNG gods. Even chipping you can be on a left lean and have left wind and your ball goes right! well looking at steam charts the game barely hits 500 people MAX! i know there is more using the EA app but the steam side is dying. the first week of release it was over 1300. This game is gasping for air.

Today I had a perfect round going. Then came a tee shot. Wind straight ahead… swaying blue line and dark circle lined up with the fairway and green. I couldn’t miss based on that reading with a perfect swing, right? Should end up in front of or on, potentially even over the green with a bad bounce.
But no… it was mystery option three where with my straight and well timed swing the ball inexplicably faded drastically right of that, finding a water hazard intended for the previous hole. -shrugs-
I’m a reasonable person, and if I could make this make sense, I would.
