Re: Career simulated results in quick round frustratingly inconsistent

R3 ended @ -4 i was leading in 1st

R4 started hole 13 with +1 and T8....

13 birdie, 14 par, 15 birdie, 16 eagle,  with 2 holes to play and the leader spread is 3 strokes overall (-6, -3).... it's unreal

they simulated your guy going  +5?   lmao.  thats crazy.  I haven't had that experience.  I started off pretty shaky in the early goings.  I was usually the one making all the bogys and the simluated guy was trying keep me afloat.   Did terrible at the US Open after winning my first tourney.   But now i'm winning tournaments.  Think I just won three in a row and one was after a 3 hole playoff.  pretty cool.

This should never have been an option. The lowest setting should have forced you to play one complete round. Another poor decision made by those in charge of developing the game.

  • Agreed. I think Quick mode is a leftover from Rory Mcilroy PGA TOUR unfortunately.  I think its horrendous and its even worse in this game, because of the not so random simulated hyper over par score they hand you when you're leading going into the final round.

Maybe we ought to put in a bug for it?Problem is, I hate quick mode so I'm not so sure I want them to fix it.  Playing quick mode was just a last ditch effort for me to play some tournaments without playing all four rounds.
