For account issues, try the following steps:

 

1. Go to the EA Help homepage.
2. Select the "EA Sports PGA Tour" game tile
3. Then the "See all help topics" button
4. Finally, select "I need help logging in to my EA Account"

Available contact options may vary based on different factors, but you should have an option for Chat or Email to reach out to an advisor.
