Unfortunately I have not found a fix for this - sometimes it works fine but others I have to replay the same hole multiple times before it will save it and I can move onto the next hole.

Definitely not just you. I've found that it often seems to happen on the first or second hole I play. If I quit my round immediately, and close and reload the game, that seems to help, but is not perfect. Super annoying!
Mine varies sometimes it’s one of the first holes sometimes it’s on the later ones very random. At least you just have to replay that hole and all the others are saved but it definitely takes the pleasure out of playing the game
This started happening to me yesterday, but so far I have just seen the error notification without having to replay anything….which is weird but I’m grateful.
I am also getting this every time I play now and it is ruining the whole game. Posting good scores then next time I play having to replay the holes I already have. Frustrating as hell. On Xbox Series S.
It’s such a shame - we get this regularly in career mode - if you the see the spinning yellow circle continues to spin that means it hasent saved that hole ( all the previous ones would save ) you would have to replay that hole and carry on till it happens again.

It is not just you. I have been having this issue with error code 5 for over a week. Like you guys I’m on a factory Xbox S so no blue ray settings. I did the other steps and made sure everything is on the latest updates but nothing helps. It’s very frustrating because this is making the game pretty much unplayable.
