Summarize your bug Adidas 3 Stripes You're Out challenge not correctly awarding stars
How often does the bug occur? Don't know. I'm not replaying it to see if it happens again.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play the sponsor challenge mentioned above
What happens when the bug occurs? The criteria are go bogey free, make two birdies, and beat the AI. I met all criteria in the same attempt, but I was only awarded the star for beating the AI. I immediately replayed the challenge, met the remaining criteria again, and was then awarded the stars for those two.
What do you expect to see? All stars should be awarded the first time the criteria are met. I've also had this happen with at least one other sponsor challenge where I got the stars for two challenges but didn't get the star for beating the AI. It seems like if you meet the criteria for getting all the stars in one attempt, and one of the stars requires you to beat the AI golfer, and you didn't have any stars for that challenge before the attempt, you either only get the star for beating the AI or you only get the other two stars.

    @geneticdefectz I too have this issue for the adidas 3-hole trefoil challenge on ps5. I've seen this and similar issues on most challenges. I shouldn't need to play the challenges 3 times to get each of the three stars.

    Its now August 3rd. I was working on challenges earlier today...and they were working fine. About an hour ago I noticed some weird behavior, so I restarted the game. The behavior got worse. I can't earn a SINGLE star in any challenge. EVERY opponent shows up as Scheffler. There were no updates to the game today. So...uh... what is happening here?

    On PC
    Maryland, USA
    I use Steam to launch game
    Processor = i9-10900KF
    GPU = NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3090
    RAM = 32 GB Corsair
    Disk = Samsung SSD 970 EVO Plus 2TB NVMe

    Same for me today except I'm on Xbox series x. Was working fine and then it's like a switch was flipped and zero new progress can be recorded.

    As stated above by other users, sometime within the past 3-4 hours on Thursday, August 3rd, 2023, I'm noticing that the Yellow Challenge Stars are not populating for successful completion of the challenges. I have 2-3 game captures of screen shots and game play that show this occuring.  My platform is PS5.

    Played on ps5 today, worked for one challenge and then no others. Fun stuff EA!!! Please keep it up with wonderful titles that aren’t even finished yet.

    Happened to me as well.  Last Nike Sponsor challenge, went bogey-free, did not register the star.  Also, wrong golfer was the opponent (Schefler vs Brooks).  Definitely do not want to do that again.

    Yep same on PS5 just now.

    Sometimes stars are awarded, sometimes not.

    Same happens with daily quests. Like today with the "get an eagle" condition. For me it didn't work with my first eagle but worked with the second.

    Well, today I completed the U. S. Open Fleetwood challenge and twice met the minus four objective and no star. And don't get me started on the putting!

    @a4f956b00c54ba49 I am on ps5 and have the same problem, sometimes stars are awarded and sometimes not. When I play a challenge I look at the count after the first hole, when it states you need to hit 3 FIR, and if it does not register that I have completed, say 1 of the three FIR after the firs hole, then it will not award a star. This is surely a bug and it needs sorting because players will not play the challenges anymore
