Re: Online private foursomes not working

Can everyone running into this, try the following steps and check if this continues?

Clear the systems cache (Close the game completely > Turn off the console > Wait 30-60 seconds > Restart and Relaunch)
Verify you signed into your PSN account
Check for updates
Restore Licence
Try the steps in our Connection and Advance Connection Guides
Open your PS5 NAT Type
Change DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)
Entering Safe Mode and Rebuild your PS database

Yeah none of this worked. It seems to be an issue when certain players are trying to join the foursome. Meaning player X and player Y just can’t be in a foursome together or the lobby will crash when the fourth person joins. I have 2 friends that it just simply will not let me play with. Has been ongoing for s long time. Very frustrating.

The issue has now spread to online “ranked” foursomes. Those players with which I am unable to join a private foursome are now unable to join me in ranked matches as well. It’s the same issue. If we are partnered, the lobby crashes when the fourth person joins. I am now unable to play with the guy with whom I’ve played over 400 matches. This issue started two days ago. We have tried all of the suggestions you gave.

Again, we’ve tried all of this and nothing worked. The issue is getting worse every day. I can’t play with about half of my friends list in a foursome. What’s truly mind boggling is that one of my friends can log into an alternate PSN account and it will work. Same PlayStation, same internet connection but one PSN account cannot play foursome with me and the other one can. Any guidance or acknowledgement that the issue is being investigated would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
