I'm also having problems, I bought 2 legendary items at 18k each... it's so damn frustrating!

    Hey Everyone, 

    If you are still missing Driver Specs after purchasing them from the store, would it be possible to get the following information?

    • Platform (or client):
    • EA ID (PSN ID/Gamertag):
    • Are you getting an error message?
    • Which item did you purchase?
    • What type of network are you using? (Wired, Wireless, Hotspot)
    • Is anything else happening?
    • Please share any steps you've tried to far to resolve the issue:
    • If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...
    • If on PC, please share a DxDiag file and an EA app Error ID Number

    • Platform: Xbox
    • EA ID (PSN ID/Gamertag): Funkbunny007
    • Are you getting an error message? No
    • Which item did you purchase? Golf Ball Lightning Trail (10,000 points, I think)
    • What type of network are you using? (Wired, Wireless, Hotspot) Wired, 1Gb Fiber Connection
    • Is anything else happening? No other issues. Game plays fine.
    • Please share any steps you've tried to far to resolve the issue: Prior to this post, I tried the steps listed on the help page (https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/how-to-find-your-missing-in-game-content/?isIhi=true&p=ea-sports-pga-tour#purchased-items)
    • If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip... Nothing to show here… The item was visible in the store on the Featured tab prior to purchase. After purchase, my credits went down by the item cost and the item was no longer visible in the store (replaced with a new offer?).

    UPDATE: After typing all this out, I did just check again and the effect has finally shown up in my inventory. This issue is resolved. Thanks again for responding!  🙂

    • Which item did you purchase? Lightning Ball Trail and Legendary Wood Spec
    • What type of network are you using? (Wired, Wireless, Hotspot) Wired 1GBPS 
    • Is anything else happening? Only other issue is the game goes straight to a shot of just moving grass when going into a tie after a round
    • Please share any steps you've tried to far to resolve the issue: If I quit after going into extra holes, saving the game, it will allow me to come back. Purchases still do not show.
    • If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...

    Try looking in ball and bag menu in equipment. Turn off quick resume.

    Restaring my pc and the game

    • Are you getting an error message? No
    • Which item did you purchase? Golf Ball Plasma Trail 10,000 points
    • What type of network are you using? (Wired, Wireless, Hotspot) Wired, 1Gb Fiber Connection
    • Is anything else happening? No other issues. Game plays fine.

    Ball trail is equipped in ball menu and club trail equipped in the bag menu. Both in equipment menu.

    2 items (purple ball smoke) (green ball smoke)

    Wireless

    Purchased ech item the points are gone and item removed from store but not present in equipment. Have reset ps5 and restarted game multiple times.

    They have to be equipped in equipment-ball. Club trail in equipment-bag.
