Re: PGA Tour 2023 Error 23 After Crash

Hi, possibly corrupt after the crash yes.

The following has been tried 

• Repair/Verify your game via the EA App - Repair (Library > Tile Dots > Repair) - Cannot do this see attached image
• EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery) - DONE no result
• Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance - DONE started game with only vital programs running no result.
• Close other running applications on your device - DONE no result
• Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates  - DONE no result
• Restart your device in Clean Boot mode, then just try running the client and game - Havent tried this

After doing above steps except clean boot mode which i don't think should be needed to run your game. The issue has gone from bad to worse, i now get constat bombarded with error 23 messages to the point that ill just stop playing the game.

Given the tedious steps above that i assume 50% of the community won't be able to do due to lack of computer knowledge ir ather you just if possible delete the game from my library and refund me. Gaming should be fun not a computer diagnostics course to be able to play.
