To confirm the Master Gear is only a part of pre-ordering PGA Tour Deluxe edition. If your purchase PGA Tour Deluxe (or the deluxe upgrade) after the game has fully launched you will only get the following items:

- EA SPORTS™ PGA TOUR™ (If you are purchasing the Delux game, the upgrade does not come with the base game) 
- 1500 PGA TOUR POINTS
- PGA TOUR XP Bundle
