Re: Server booting me during weekly tournament

happened twice this morning on daily tournament. Locked up both times. 

HI @jsizzle102066 Thanks for the update. can we try the following if you have not so far to see if this changes in any way?

• Verify you signed into your PSN account
• Check for updates 
• Restore Licence
• Try the steps in our Connection and Advance Connection Guides 
• Open your PS5 NAT Type
• Change DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)  
• Entering Safe Mode and Rebuild your PS database

I just lost 10 Tickets  trying to play the ALLPro-18 Tournament. On Xbox Series S

All day I've been getting disconnected from the server. I've finished tournaments today where the score didn't register. I've been booted mid tournament and lost coins/tickets and I won the masters in career and not of that registered. It took me 20 minutes to play the last 3 holes in career because I'd get booted during the intro back in. I also had two -18 rounds for pro and arcade not update on the leader board for the the weekly. Just went to try again and got booted again, lost tickets. Had no issues with any other games today except this one. 

we are now up to 40 tickets EA owes me, this is stupid. Get your act together. 

this thread is NOT solved, should not be marked that way. Nothing is fixed at all. 

I too have had disconnects while playing tourneys.. really kinda sucks when you are in a 20 ticket tournament... Happened twice on tuesday

For anyone else running into this, we do have a thread were collecting player information in, 

• Lost Tickets trying to enter weekly tournament
• Online games not registering wins and losses

If you haven't already provided your information please let us know the following:

PSN ID/Xbox GT:

Region:

Are you getting an error message?

Date this issue started (is it still happening?)?

Which game mode is this happening in?

Is anything else happening?

Please share any steps you've tried to far to resolve the issue:

If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...

If on PC, please share a DxDiag (Allows us to get PC Spec's, Check for errors/crashes, and look at drivers)

We'll be forwarding it to the teams here to aide them and when we find out more information we'll update this post.
