Audio settings are not saving. Every time I launch the game, the audio setting go back to default.
- @EA_Illium Settings are not saving in my game. Every time I load the game, the settings are going back to default. And I have to re create my pro. Also I can't play career mode at all. I can't even start the mode my game freezes every single time in the same menu. (I have a clip of the problem)
Im playing on PC, I linked my DXdiag.
Can't link the clip, the file is too big.
Please help. Im having this problem since monday.

We had an update come out today I wanted to confirm if you are still seeing issues with PGA Tour settings saving on PC?
If so try the following steps, and let us know if you continue seeing issues after.
Spoiler- EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Repair/Verify your game based on which client you are launching from
- EA App - Repair (My Collection > Tile Dots > Repair)
- Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates
- Install/Repair your VC++ files for EA Sports PGA Tour
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
- Put your device in a Clean Boot then launch the game

Got the game on Dec 23rd, 2024. 1st playthrough was completely fine (Quick Play and Career Mode).
Load the game up again on the following day, the starting screen became very grainy. Went into settings -> visuals -> change to window mode and everything came back to normal. But when I turn it back to Fullscreen the grainy graphic persists. I had to turn off HDR and the game plays perfectly without any issue. Note here I made sure I applied the settings and at bottom right corner it popped out "Settings saved" before exiting the game.
Then for every subsequent game loaded, the visual settings went back to default (with the grainy graphic at menu).
The game plays fine but it's very troublesome to go through the settings every single time... I've tried all the recommendations on this thread and problem is still there.
Please help advise an solution, thanks!
