I'm sorry to hear that. For further assistance with your account, please contact EA Help. Just click on this link, scroll to the bottom of the page, and select "Contact Us". When you fill out the form, choose "Update EA Account" as the topic, which should bring up the chat option. Hope this helps!

Unfortunately, we can't check your account or purchases here in the EA Forums. The EA Help team is better equipped to assist you with account and billing-related issues. What happens when you try contacting them? Did you manage to contact them via chat?

Long story short I was told to get in line (paraphrasing) and it's been a week with no response or resolution to my issue

In this case, I'd suggest contacting them via chat. When filling out the form, please select "Update EA Account" as the topic, and you should get the option to start a chat.
