Just downloaded it and having the same issue. Not a good start to a game I've already heard there's a ton of bugs with. Tried to repair, Run as Admin, restart.

Same here. It's 100% broken. The xbox app installation never finish. I tried repair, restart and all the usual troubleshooting. It's broken. That's EA for you. How do they expect to get more sales if the 10 hours trial experience is as bad as this.

Can we get a reply from support? It's still happening today. We pay to have this ability and it's clearly not working for PC users.
Exactly the same here.
I dont have any luck with EA, FIFA 23 crashess and this dont even work. No problems at all with other non EA titles.
