Reproduceable hitching / stutter / frame spike on putting

Summarize your bug Half a second freeze every time the putter makes contact with the ball
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Run a quick game on Augusta (and others but let's use Augusta as a reference), once on the green wait for the put read to finish (if enable), then proceed with putting
What happens when the bug occurs? About half a second freeze, choppy camera movement
What do you expect to see? Smooth putting and camera change, similar to the rest of the game.
Additional information: This stuttering / hitching also occurs about 50% of the time when the ball lands after any shots. Having worked a long time in quality assurance, I was able to reproduce this issue on 3 PC and to a lesser extent on PS5. It is also commonly mentioned on this forum and on Steam and Reddit.
To troubleshoot the issue on all 3 PC, I set the in game settings to the lowest possible, drop the internal resolution to 80% using a Frosbite 3 command (in user.cfg). All three machines used an NVIDIA RTX card (3070, 3080ti and 4080) and an AMD processor (5600X 3600X and 7950X). Therefor, it is clear for me that this issue is not a technical issue but a game code issue related to the ball calculation (or similar).
