Have tried all of this and still not working... Been an incredibly frustrating use of 60 dollars and hours of my time. Have other games and none of them have this issue, starting to think it's less my set up and more the game with how many others also are having this issue, wish I researched the widespread issues before purchasing

HI @jmealiff92 Can you try to put your device in a Clean Boot then launch the game and check if the same error occurs?

Doesn't work at all for me. As soon as I try to save after changing the tool tips to disabled I get the error then it says saved. When I restart the game, tool tips is enabled again and the error continues.

@EA_Illium Did everything you asked, but the game still says "There was an error while saving" as soon I as open the game and reach the Accept Agreements page. No luck ☹️Is there a game log I could upload or something that'll help?

Same issue for me and I have about 87 hours into my golfer and am not very interested in starting over from the beginning with a new golfer.

Hi Everyone,

Can you check if you have any running anti-virus or other security and stop it from blocking the EA app and PGA Tour then check if this continues?

Hey, thanks for the reply, I don't have any anti-security measures on my computer (damn me probably) except for what Windows 11 is giving me. Btw, I tried Admin mode but it didn't work.

Hi @TommyGDW Thanks for trying those, can we see if this continues after trying the following?

Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates

Default your game to the high-performance GPU, AMD Settings | Nvidia Settings | Windows Settings

Install/Repair your VC++ files for PGA Tour

EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)

Repair/Verify your game based on which client you are launching from

EA App - Repair (My Collection > Tile Dots > Repair)

EGS - Repair (Library > Tile dots > Manage > Verify)

Steam - Verify in your library

Put your device in a Clean Boot then launch the game
