Save Error - There was an error while saving.

Yeah I’m still having the Error 23 problem when trying to start career mode. I can’t get past the USGA tour selection. I’m using the EA app on pc. 

I'm having exactly same problem.. EA pls fix this :.D

Please share any steps you've tried to far to resolve the issue: Tried reinstall, tried accesibility fix but neither works.  There is some code in the game that is messed up that you guys haven't been able to find.

If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...

If on PC, please share a DxDiag (Allows us to get PC Spec's, Check for errors/crashes, and look at drivers)

Deleting the PGA Tour folder in C:\Users\USERNAME\Documents while the game was open fixed the saving issue. I still lost all my career progress as my old file is corrupt but my created golfer remains intact and I can start Career over.

Yep, delete My Documents\PGA Tour folder with the game up and running. No more error. Career progress is lost but strangely my Sponsor Challenge progress is saved. Thanks.

Tell me EA, can you fix the problem?
Or should we send a developer over?

Or should I start again from the beginning with the fear that at level 30 you will enter eroor code 23 again?

The game has been on the market since April and is disappointingly poorly supported.

Do not put us off but take care of support otherwise the paying customers will jump off

Same here I followed the steps and I still have the same problem; the game is useless because it won't allow me into the career page it keeps giving an error 5. Can someone please assist?

I'm encountering the specified TeraBox MOD error upon initiating the game, and upon selecting retry or continue, it consistently reappears, rendering the game unplayable.

I've attempted the following troubleshooting steps:

1. Repaired the game through the EA app.
2. Repaired Microsoft Visual C++.
3. Rebooted the system.
4. Launched the EA Sports PGA Tour game and the EA app as an administrator.
5. Allowed both PGA Tour and EA apps through my antivirus.
6. Disabled the antivirus entirely.

Unfortunately, none of these measures, including addressing the "Terabox Mod" issue, have resolved the error. Has anyone else faced a similar situation and discovered a solution?

This problem has been going on for just about a year it seems?  I'm on Xbox, same error
