Server consistenly loses connection near end of challenge, no progress saved

I do remember issues with the Titleist challenges months ago, I had them too. They were solved with a patch so we were able to complete them.

As for your 3 questions, I doubt you will get an answer. The lead designer of this game left to work with HB for their 2K golf game last year.
