Servers keep dropping

The EA severs keep dropping during my career play and challenges. I’m missing at least 25K in XP points from playing career mode, and I completed the PGA coaching challenge, “the basics” rec’d the 30th star, but didn’t receive the rewards that come with it: 15k xp amd blue and red EA golf balls.
