My definition... is your shot execution. You don't control anything else.
If I execute a good shot, I expect it to start going to where I aimed it... now what happens after it leaves the club face it is no longer in my hands.. but with no wind I expect it to land close to where I hit it. Where it bounces to... well that is something else.
The effect of lie angle etc... would have been factored in during my shot setup.
