Skill Points Not Awarded After Level 51

I have not received my skill points since hitting level 51. I am missing the last 10 points awarded from leveling up my golfer. I see the animation after leveling up telling me that I earned 2 skill points, but they are never added to my total. Please help as I have been stuck for weeks now. Thanks.
