slow swing speed PS5

I have tried everything and cannot get my swing speed to not be SLOW. anyone else having this issue?  can fling that the RS as fast as possible at top of backswing and does not get better than like ...

I play on slowest swing speed and when I get to top of backswing I just FLICK the stick forward, do not jam it. I get perfect almost every time, even some fast. Hope this helps!

        Not on ps5 but I've changed to slowest on xbox and it's better for me...hitting more consistent shots...had set on normal
