Curious how often these specs rotate. Have my eye out for driver specs, but the store hasn't updated in days. So, unable to get the item I'm looking for. Would it be better if all items were an option all the time? I'm checking many times throughout the day, only to find the same old specs after days of watching. Last week they seem to be changing daily. TY.

This is very frustrating for me because I’ve been waiting for what seems like forever for certain specs to show up. It would be easier if they were all there all the time. I have no idea why they rotate like this. Or why the same specs stay in the store for days at a time.

I suspect it's done like this partly to make people check the store often. Thinking about it I think I prefer the current system too as it makes the process of upgrading specs a bit more interesting, weighing up whether a current option is worth it at least for a while or better to hold out for something else. Everything being available all the time would be rather dull by comparison, and in pro spec terms would mean most would be ignored in favour of a few obvious best ones
I don't play as much as I'd like. Just not enough time in the day for me! LOL But I would think having a growing list of the specs would be nice. Although how many different specs can you have? Maybe a dumb question.
I feel as if there will be tweaks within the game with certain things. I wish being able to apply a spec to "all clubs" was there. Haven't to do every one is just dumb.

I'm guessing you mean how many different specs are there that could appear in the shop?
Just thinking of the possible Pro specs, there are 22 pros in the game, 5 club types, plus the ball, so that's a total of 22 x 6 = 132 possible Pro specs. Whether they'll all be in the game or not I have no idea though! Oh, and if they do happen to be all in the game and rotate in a fixed pattern then it would be about 3 months before one comes back again.
For other specs there are 4 levels (Uncommon, Rare, Epic and Legendary), 5 club types plus the balls and 4 spec types (power, control, accuracy and recovery) so that's 5 x 6 x 4 = 120 possibilities. (There are also 'balanced' specs that can be won in some tournaments but I don't think they've appeared in the store so I've excluded these.)

The store is so bare bone. Really nothing good there except specs. But when you have all the specs there is no reason to go back. clothes are boring clubs are boring. maybe if you want to buy tickets if you are not winning comps that's it,
I actually wish the specs are all available instead of waiting to get the spec wanted such as the Dustin Johnson ball or wood specs. In games line Star Wars Battlefront 2, Pga 2K23, Madden, all star cards or upgrades which are similar to the specs are all available but need to get earned. Once earned, the player could redeem the upgrade immediately.
My frustration is that I cannot redeem the specs I want once I earn the necessary vc. I have to wait when the specs have to arrive. Having all specs available in the store will have more than 7 pages. To prevent clutter in the store, it might be a good idea to purchase the specs under the Golfer -> Equipment tab. Under the specs tab, the specs you want to purchase will be located below your actual specs. Each set of specs will be separated based on category: Driver, Wood, Hybrid, Iron, Wedge and Ball. This format is similar to Madden and SW Battlefront 2.
One thing I notice is that Danielle Kang and Jason Day specs appear too often while the others are left out. There are now 11 featured golfer and I saw another Jason Day or Danielle Kang spec in the past week. It would be better if all 11 featured golfers have equal probability of specs appearing in store instead of Danielle Kang or Jason Day specs appearing in the store 3 times a week. For now, I am ok for Tony Finau, Jessica Korda, Patrick Cantlay and Lexi Thompson specs making extra appearances in the store since they are the new featured golfers from Update 4.0.
