I have been seeing this issue myself since the latest patch. The left/Right works so I know it is turned on and working but the forward/back does not work at all. I double checked the key mapping in settings and they did not change.
I was hoping that this would be fixed in the next update. I just downloaded the 10.0 patch, but it still does not work correctly. This is a critical part of the shot process. How can you let it go for so long without fixing it?
What do we do at this point? Try to get a refund on a game EA can't keep working properly? Should we flood the help desk with this issue and call in everyday it does not work? I have tried patience but that obviously did not work.
A response from EA would not be so bad either...
