never mind i found the issue, was using the pitch shot not the spinner (headline of challenge shot)

What device/OS/browser were you trying to generate the bug report on? Some are obviously able to report bugs OK so it can't be universally broken but it may be a more specific issue.
Edit: if you try again currently is the form still not working for you?
