Since latest update I no longer receives experience in either quick play or career mode, also challenges not acknowledging completion, tried creating new golfer and same issues

All challenges on Xbox X are broke now, no progression or stars. Well played lol!

I know, it's a complete joke. Same issue on PS5. It was so cool to finally see how many long drives, recovery shots, etc. you had remaining but now you eternally see 0/6 for the PING long drive challenge at Scottsdale against Cam Champ. Despite hitting many long drives!. My Royal Liverpool quest is stuck on the "drive 7,300+ yards", despite playing like 6 rounds !! Not to mention the medium-slow speed putts that still run over the hole for no reason. I'm convinced this game was meant to launch at the Masters 2024. It's obviously still in beta.

Same. The new counter addition for each star is pointless since it doesn't actually work. Just tried the Spieth - 3 Straight Birdies challenge at Hilton Head and none of the star criteria are functional. Close approach didn't register, nor did the "Get all 3 Greens in Regulation 0/3" update at all.This patch is an embarrassment. Broken tournaments, broken challenges, new bugs with the low camera view, and more. EA obviously forced out the update to coincide with The Open when it clearly wasn't ready. The timing is fine but it is embarrassing from a company that size not to address these issues and make sure huge bugs were dealt with.And btw, reading putts with the green level camera is now impossible on some holes due to it shooting up to an overhead 3 feet in front of the player. I can only guess this is because they tried to fix the camera on some holes where it wasn't working right as mentioned in the patch notes. But it has now caused this other issue on holes where there is no obstruction. Guys, get it together!EDIT: To be fair, I did just retry the Spieth challenge and now it is working. I have no idea why it would not update previously but it was definitely broken. So I guess the challenges are intermittent then? Still frustrating but at least it worked after I quit and tried it again.

Summarize your bug Played new st Jude challenges and earned 3 rewards but they never showed in the rewards tab to collect. Challenge section shows collected so I cannot try to earn them again.
How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Check the challenges added on 8/16/23
What happens when the bug occurs? Complete stars and prizes show collected. Go to Home Screen and no rewards tab to collect them.
What do you expect to see? Rewards tab with 3 prize packs.

My username in pga tour is don7192. I cannot get the rewards any other way u less you provide them to me. Already earned and show collected but I never received them.

just had a simillar issue just unlocked the second reward from the 1st callaway challenge. Nothing showed in the reward screen. I'am on PC

Still not getting rewards for same challenges and no chance to do over. Says I have collected already.

@AngryByrd1 This happened to me too. I didn't get any rewards until I finished the whole lot and then the only rewards I got were the 3,000 gold. I never got the rewards for 2,000 gold or 1,000 gold. There were never any rewards in the tab for those sets of challenges.

Thanks for letting us know what you are running into with PGA Tour.

If you are still seeing issues with Challenges tracking correctly, first try going through the following steps based on your platform:

Xbox

Spoiler

Quit the game and other running apps from Quick Resume (For Series X|S consoles)

Try repeating the challenge, or playing a different match and checking if the game

Remove any connected device, or additional USB's from the console then restart the Xbox and check

Check for updates

Try the steps in our Connection and Advance Connection Guides

Open you're Xbox NAT Type

Change DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)

PlayStation

Spoiler

Clear the systems cache (Close the game completely > Turn off the console > Wait 30-60 seconds > Restart and Relaunch)

Try repeating the challenge, or playing a different match and checking if the game

Verify you signed into your PSN account

Check for updates

Restore Licence

Try the steps in our Connection and Advance Connection Guides

Open your PS5 NAT Type

Change DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)

Entering Safe Mode and Rebuild your PS database

Repair/Verify your game based on which client you are launching from

EA App - Repair (My Collection > Tile Dots > Repair)

EGS - Repair (Library > Tile dots > Manage > Verify)

Steam - Verify in your library

EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)

Connection and Advance Connection Guides

Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance

Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates
