Friends are on EA list but since they are playing on Xbox it doesn't show them as online to invite to private match. When they send me invites it tries to open using the Xbox app on windows 11. Friends do have Crossplay enabled.
Here’s a quick fix:
Enable Crossplay: Ensure it's turned on for both your EA and Xbox accounts.
Add Friends on EA: Add them via EA friends list, not just Xbox Live.
Link Accounts: Check if your Xbox account is linked to your EA account here.
Manually Accept Invites: Open the game directly instead of relying on the Xbox app.
Restart and Update: Restart devices and ensure the EA app, Xbox app, and game are updated.
