The net is awash with examples recorded using the pc or consoles recording facility.

Not to mention EA's community manager, shortly after launch, just telling people to use the clipping feature on their console/PC.

The lack of replay feature isn't an elaborate cover-up, it's just a low priority feature request because people already have a way of saving replays (albeit limited).
