EA needs to focus on these three issues ASAP:

This game is inferior to its 2K counterpart and it's a shame all of these key features are missing.
Not sure if these have been mentioned.
- Have the mouse pointer fade away once controller input is recognized
- Photo Mode? Maybe during replays so you can move around and get just the right shot of my player or parts of the course.
- I'll put in my vote for a replay mode ASAP. I've had my first Albatross and it would have been great to have been able to record that and upload it to YouTube to show off 👿
- Up the VC reward across the board, the grind is so painful, which it is for a casual player.
- Ability to turn of new ball trail sounds. Like having a nicer trail, but the sounds can be immersion-breaking.
Thanks for being open to providing updates of things that make sense. The game is fun and gorgeous to look at. The first time I saw people walking the trails while setting up a shot blew my mind. Have never seen that in a golf game before. 👍

Have you been playing the tournaments (the free daily arcade as a minimum)? This is the best source of Reward Points in the game I think.

I have, and I also play the pro one(the level I play at all the time) that costs $1000VC and am not really a great player, so I usually win $1000VC daily, so basically nothing. Getting some from challenges, but it will take forever (or longer). I haven't tried Career Mode yet. Do you win a lot of VC that way?? I guess I stop entering any daily tournaments that cost VC, but then I don't the other currency that allows you to do weekly challenges etc.
I get the wanting to do things as a quasi RPG, but it could be balanced better so us that aren't at TIger Woods level and are casual players can make some progress. Even uping the reward level where I get the $1000VC to $2000 would help us hacks slowly work towards building meager bank of VC.
