I think it was in Tiger Woods 2011 they had a thing with The Weather Channel whereby it would take the actual weather at the time for the course you were playing and add that. So if you were playing Bay Hill and it was raining there in real life at that moment then it would be raining there in the game. Believe that’s how it worked which was cool

You will have to clarify for which game modes this should be applicable. For one, it cannot be applicable to i.e. weekly and seasonal tournaments as conditions will vary significantly over time not making it a fair contest.
Not sure if it will be worth it for daily tournaments only. That leaves career / quick play and social. Might be easier to simply simulate the conditions you prefer for these modes.
Anyway, I agree with you that there should be some form of dynamic weather feature provided for. The gurus will work out the details.
