Game was playing fine on Xbox S but now top menu (play, store, golfer, quests, settings) has disappeared. Left side menu is still active

Everything was working fine for me and I edited something from my golf bag and all of a sudden says I lost connection to EA servers and the screen stops working for loading my golf bag and lv42 character, menu at top but just green blank background, I quit EA PGA Tour on quick resume, I shut down console, and pulled restarted network on modem. Started back up and went to EA PGA Tour and it still says not connected to servers so I hit RS to reconnect to EA servers and says I connect but character is gone and Scottie Scheffler is all I'm allowed to see but says Lv 0 near my name and doesn't give option to create a character or pick and custom character at all if i go to try to look at golf bag it shows a green blank screen and won't load anything other than blank screen besides menu at top, even did this on ea app. nothing works as fix so far...
I installed and reinstalled game and top menus returned. Created golfer was still intact.
Really? I reinstalled and it didn't help at all, even played it on both xbox x series and pc ea play pro and it is the same on both. i can get the menus back if i play a online tournament like 4 hole arcade but if i go to most options nothing loads and it just is green masters background blank if i go to challenges it freezes and crashes.
Closing and reopening the game will temporarily resolve this but it reliably occurs for me coming out of career mode to check rewards for quests. I’ll start the game clean along with my ps5 and do a round in career. After backing out this happens.
