@lolwhat1234 Nice job! I'm glad to get the -23 even even though I only shot -22 on the re-try. I did -18 on the weekly sim and would have hated to have to re-play that one. I hope your -24 stays and think that it should.

Thanks to letting us know what you are running into with PGA Tour, I wanted to confirm if Tournament leaderboard progress still appears to be missing for anyone?
If so, please let us know the following:
- Platform (or client):
- EA ID (PSN ID/Gamertag):
- Are you getting an error message?
- Does this happen to any other account on the device?
- What type of network are you using? (Wired, Wireless, Hotspot)
- If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...

@EA_IlliumHi, this glitch happened to weekly arcade yesterday. Today I woke up and now the weekly PRO scores are all gone. Completely wiped, just like the weekly arcade was yesterday. Also, I've had 3 'failed to qualify' messages the last 2 days while redeeming my rewards for 1st place scores. When viewing the results page for those 3 tournaments, the final results leaderboard only shows like 1-5 entries. I have no idea why this is happening, but lots of weird bugs have been happening when it comes to tournaments the last 2 days.
I've attached pictures for the Did not Quality and results leaderboards that glitched yesterday.

For the last 3 days the weekly tournament scores have been disappearing. I’m on PS5 but I’ve seen it reported on the other platforms as well. If you replay the tournament it posts your ORIGINAL score. First it was the weekly arcade, yesterday the weekly pro. And today the weekly sim and seasonal tour scores are gone.
@EA_Illium I can confirm what @packattack04082 said. Today the leaderboards were wiped for two out of the four Daily tournaments and the Weekly Pro leaderboard has been reset as well. Obviously getting no prizes for those because the game shows it as an incomplete attempt.
Original scores are still missing from the Weekly Arcade leaderboard, which is what caused me to make the original post yesterday. With the Weekly Pro entries disappearing today, I am assuming the pattern will continue and we'll wake up tomorrow to find the Weekly Tour leaderboards have been wiped out. That'll be especially annoying since I'm sitting T1 and won't have time after the weekend for another attempt.
Honestly it's frustrating seeing things like this happen because tournaments are the only online game mode worth playing on PC. The number of players entering tournaments is dropping rapidly. Losing scores is only going to further drive people away, especially having paid tickets to enter.
Hopefully tournament scores are backed up and the leaderboards will be reconstructed. Although given that we never saw any follow-up or resolution for past tournament issues (like this EA PGA tweet suggested), I'm not expecting anything...
- @lolwhat1234 You aren't getting rewards? I actually got my 1st place rewards for all 3 of my tournaments on PS5, even though it said 'failed to qualify'. That sucks if you didn't get anything. My results screen displayed no score or rank, but still said 'winner' and gave me the tickets that I normally get for a win.
I got nothing for the tournaments it said 'Missed Rank' on. Both days I entered all four tournaments and only got three prizes each day, missing the corresponding prize from the 'Missed Rank' tournament. I did get the winner prize for yesterday's Daily 4 hole - even though the leaderboard for that one was blank.

I was wrong. Weekly Tour and Weekly Sim are blank today.
Since @packattack04082 suggested the scores still exist, I entered the Weekly Tour tournament quickly and shot -17. Instead of showing -17 in the leaderboard, it shows my original -19 score. So, hopefully there will be an attempt to reconstruct the leaderboards.
@EA_Illium I have a screen recording of the last minute before the tournaments go through their daily refresh, where I scroll through all of the tournaments showing the leaderboard preview before and after the clock ticks over. I can find somewhere to upload this if it would be useful, though I'm not sure it shows anything that is not immediately obvious from the posts in this thread. The leaderboards are being cleared when the new 'day' begins.
At least we know asynchronous crossplay is possible since this appears to be clearing the same leaderboards on multiple platforms. Come on folks, make it happen.

Seems there are a number who have not been paid out for their efforts in the 9 hole daily the last couple of days and have had their scores wiped for the arcade and pro weeklies.
This game is nearly 1 year old. You have got to do better than this.
- @EA_Illium Can you please give us a reply to this issue TODAY as time is of the essence. All weekly tournaments have been wiped clean and people need to know if they need to re-play these events in the next 18 hours or not. Our scores appear wiped, but they are clearly still in the system somewhere because even when I re-played weekly arcade and pro, my original scores showed up even though my 2nd attempts (rushed) were worse scores. Also, the number of entries on Sim just went from 100 to 0 and tour went from 300+ to 19 on PS5. I hope that the percentage tiers aren't going to be based on these incredibly low number of entries considering EA wiped these 2 categories (tour and sim) with only 24 hours left in the week. This is a huge mess and could cost people upwards of 90k gold coins and 60+ tickets. Can we get some kind of comment/response today before the weekly tournaments expire? Thanks.

- @EA_Illium Thanks for the reply. I hope that this gets sorted out properly before tomorrow. Lots of people have already had to re-enter the weeklies and pay for every single one of the events twice and now the same glitch is happening to the seasonal tournaments as well. - @EA_Illium Hello, can you please update the community asap on this; many of us have now wasted unnecessary expenditure of points replaying tourns. I rarely replay them, as I try to keep my ticket population under control. It is odd to me that the community has to make EA aware of this kind of problem and there is not a self monitoring problem on something like this.

Today they've lost the daily 9 hole and the weekly arcade scores. We'll know more tomorrow but it looks like a pattern, because this was the same combination of results that were wiped on Saturday.

Just spent an excruciating hour with EA Support live chat who instructed me to post here.
So, I’m obediently here to join the angry mob to say… this 💩 is infuriating!!
Some tournaments/rewards will record scores correctly and give correct rewards, others won’t. Don’t understand why. Only got screenshots of the most recent (daily) one but also got shafted on 2 of the 4 weeklies yesterday. To the value of 8 tickets to be precise, costing 750 PGA points (AUD $11.95 for 1050 PGA points). Thank goodness I didn’t enter all 4 and pay 38 tickets. Ridiculous.

It goes without saying I’m not spending any more tickets without word from EA. And since the only other way to make progression in this game is career and I’ve done most quests…. There is essentially no point to make any more progression in the game.
And how did some comments say they got rewards for winner despite not qualifying??? I’d like to know how to, um, “replicate” this “bug”… 👎🏻

@Mark_MiwurdzSome people probably use their green tickets (real money) to buy tournament tickets. It's not fair that EA is stealing real money from them by doing this. I just woke up today and checked and my Weekly Arcade & Weekly Pro scores that I shot yesterday are gone already. EA has known about this bug for many days already and are still letting it persist without stopping it? I've already wasted about 80 tickets re-playing events now which doesn't matter to me, but it does matter to a lot of other people who are low on tickets or didn't get the proper gold rewards last week from glitched tournament results.
Ea Illium, name is jack2k65 on PC regarding wiped out tourn.s. Can you kindly give the community an update as it has been a number days I we have received no news. Even if you post that you still havn't heard back from the development team, that would be better than us hearng nothing.
@jack2k65I haven't seen any new scores deleted today, but still hoping to hear from @EA_Illium about the issue and compensation for people who have lost out on rewards and also people that had to spend over 100 extra tickets replaying events because of the glitch the last 2 weeks.

This is still happening for dailies, weeklies and seasonal. I have redone a few because I have extra tickets to spend, it just keeps glitching and disappearing the next day. I have the arcade and weekly at TPC this week that aren't there anymore and am hoping by doing them this afternoon/tonight, they won't glitch since new weeklies are out tomorrow morning. Please, this has to be fixed, we are all wasting coins and tickets for scores disappearing. I'm sorry, I don't have a picture but will other people reporting it and hopefully sharing screenshots, this is obviously a big issue. This has started for me at least since the previous weekly at Bay Hill.

Looked at the weekly TPC Sawgrass event that ends in a few hours, and my scores didn't seem to record, as it says I have no submission...even though the event shows in my "Pending" results. Played the event last week, but I don't recall exactly when I played it.
