Looked at the weekly TPC Sawgrass event that ends in a few hours, and my scores didn't seem to record, as it says I have no submission...even though the event shows in my "Pending" results. Played the event last week, but I don't recall exactly when I played it.
Platform (or client): PS5

@-Roasted513- did you get the rewards? I got the same popup as you for Arcade + Pro but got the rewards anyway.
I think at this point we're not going to hear anything other than a footnote in the next patch notes - if they even address it by that point.
@lolwhat1234, it looks Winner, Pack obtained and the final score is not there. My reward is there too.
I also did get my "Winner" reward for the Sawgrass weekly event on Arcade, even though the popup said I "Did Not Qualify".
So while it's kind of working, it's still definitely bugged and has issues that would be nice to have addressed.
It looks like there has been some kind of reset. I had trouble to log in the game earlier this evening, and Scheffler came back with Quick Play. Then I got another Winner pack with the score not missing this time.
Weekly pro and seasonal pro gone today.
They better not lose the seasonal sim in the next two weeks because I'm very pleased with my score in that one (though have still got my second attempt left, just in case I need to bring it back from the dead).
- @lolwhat1234 I hope they don't erase sim too. I kept a second try for the exact same reason. I shot -18 and know I can get -20, but will save it for the last day in case scores disappear.

I saw gazak shot -21, must've been a great round. I shot -21 on weekly tour at Sawgrass and felt like every shot was getting lucky bounces.
@lolwhat1234Nice job. I also have -21 on season tour at TPC Sawgrass. I messed up the approach shot on hole 18. I was close to that perfect -22 but blew it by missing the last green long.
- @packattack04082 @EA_Illium - Any update on this issue yet? Been plaguing daily/weekly/seasonal tournaments almost every single day still and no word from anyone on EA on how to proceed or when this issue might be fixed.
It looks like if they fix it, it will be in the next patch in 11 days. I'm not spending any more tickets or coins in this giant mess.
Has anyone worked out a 'schedule' of when each round is affected? As we are getting no help from the devs, an upcoming timetable of when a round will be affected would be handy.
You would think this would be priority number 1, as it's affecting just about all users playing everyday.
@Katybee_1313@EA_IlliumAny update here? I've already wasted well over 200 tickets re-playing seasonal and weekly events to keep my name on the leaderboard to ensure I get rewards. I had to re-play the seasonal pro already at least 4 times and the seasonal tour 3 times. I've also had to re-play the weeklies every week for 3 or 4 weeks now. When will players be compensated for loss of tickets and rewards that didn't go out properly. You said that the team was made aware of this a couple weeks ago and then there has been no communication or follow up. Anything would be appreciated at this point. I think Pro Pass should be free for everyone next season just for having to deal with an entire month of glitches here without any recommended steps or communication from EA about any of it. Considering that EA promised compensation on twitter last summer when a different tournament glitch occurred and ended up never paying back anything, I'm not going to let this slide again without some kind of action this time around.
- @packattack04082 @EA_Illium Seasonal pro score was just wiped for at least the 5th or 6th time this season. When will this nonsense end? What advice do you give us for how to proceed until it's fixed. I don't think I'm asking for a lot here.
If we're fortunate, it's going to be fixed tomorrow with the patch. I'm now playing free daily and that's it, I couldn't care less about my ranking.
I didn't think we'd get to the end of the season and still be in the same position.
@lolwhat1234I've lost so much opportunity these last few weeks due to this, not getting paid, so losing ticket chances, then in turn can't post in the tournaments I want to play in, thanks -EA-
(-EA-) should pay each and every player a MIMIMUM of 50 tickets and 100k coins- @-Roasted513- I think it should be at least 250-300 tickets. I know I've lost over 250 tickets by now re-playing weekly and seasonal events where my scores were wiped. Pro Pass should be permanently free too going forward.
@packattack04082 @-Roasted513- I think I would rather them make tournaments free to enter for the same length time we have lost having our score erased.
At this point, it could well be that every tournaments will be free and there will be no payout. It would explain why it was never fixed.
- @Midnght_Mrauder1 I'd rather that they just compensate what was lost than make free entries. Free entries would allow people to play each tournament an infinite number of tries. Personally, I normally play each tournament once unless I'm really disappointed with my score or something silly like pin shots cost me strokes. I don't want to compete against people that are getting an unlimited number of free tries every day for a month.
Wouldn't mind replacing tournament entry fees with limited free entries like the seasonal sim. They'd need to improve the disconnection handling though, to at least let you try to reconnect mid-round instead of getting kicked back to the menu.

And they don't even know who has lost coins and tickets. They're almost giving the game away at PS Store and Steam, I'm just hoping they don't give up on the game at this point. - @Katybee_1313 That's why I was thinking it would be easier for them to give us the free entry fee rather than trying to go through and figure out who is owed what as far as coins and tickets. Free entry would boost tournament participation which is a good thing in my book.
Plus I'd rather play everyone's at their best even if it takes them more than a few tries. I've just noticed my pro weekly and pro seasonal have both disappeared today, is there any fix other than just spending more tickets and replaying the events?
