@jack2k65,@EA_Illium I agree that I want it to be fixed too. However, it's simply a matter of principal for me though as far as the compensation is concerned. They let an issue persist for 2 months without explaining anything about it. They charged $1 per ticket as a microtransaction and I have no sympathy for them having to simply give back what people lost. If I wanted to get back the tickets that I lost because of the glitch, I'd have to pay $500 of real money. It costs them nothing to give back the tickets that they stole from us and that's why I expect them to compensate for this glitch fairly.
@packattack04082Sorry to hear that you lost.$400 to $500 in tickets for a glitchy tournament. I agree that it is a matter of principle for compensation for people who lost money for a defective tournament that lasted two months. Luckily I stopped playing a long long time ago…from a galaxy far away.
I just ran into a warning from UFC 5 that servers would be down (also attached in screenshot). Since PGA Tour is an EA game like UFC 5, a warning like in the screenshot should have been in place to prevent people from spending money on tickets on a faulty tournament. This would have prevented all the heartache that is happening with the lost tickets.

@EA_Illium Just wanted to bump this up again. The issue seems to have been resolved yet we've gotten no statement on compensation for lost rewards. When that equates to $500 or more of real life money, I need to know when we'll be given back what we lost. Thanks.
