Tournament Scores aren't Registering

Summarize your bug I have just won the US Open in my first Career run. Playstation Trophy popped ok. Game said I'd won the US Open after the final 18th hole. The Winner's Cup shows in the Career Season 1 list, showing 10 weeks left in the season, but the Chapter 2 Quest did not pop so I didn't get the 1300 Reward points.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I suggest testing it on a PS5
What happens when the bug occurs? The Winner's Cup shows in the Career Season 1 list, showing 10 weeks left in the season, but the Chapter 2 Quest did not pop so the 1300 Reward points do not get awarded.
What do you expect to see? I expected to see 1300 Reward points added and I also expected to see the Chapter 2 quest completed so that it moves onto Chapter 3 of this particular Quest.

I am playing the career for the first time so I am using the short number of holes and the 3-click method of playing.  I also have the game set on the easiest settings and the AI Player on zero
