This same thing happened in June and cost people tickets and gold coins. This tweet said that we'd get a resolution / compensation for it and it's been a month and a half without an update. Today the same issue is happening again. Will they compensate for loses today as a result of this issue?
"Yesterday, there was a server-related issue that affected Challenges, Quests, and Tournaments. The main issue has been fixed, and we are currently working on a resolution for users that were impacted. We will update here once we have more information."

I just lost 4,000 coins and 3 tickets when trying to complete tournaments. It took them then never took me to the next page to select my outfit/bag etc and start the tournament. Thought it froze so I tried again and it took more coins and didn’t advance my screen. There was over an hour left to compete in the challenges…
- 2 years ago@CoachJV50 Yeah me too. I lost thousands of gold coins trying to play the dailies and then went to try seasonal and lost dozens of tickets. The game just kept taking tickets and not even letting me play.

- 2 years ago@EA_Barry It is working for me today but how do I get a refund for all of the lost gold and tickets from yesterday. EA sports Twitter in June said that we'd get compensation for the glitch in May and now it happened again and haven't heard what the plan is to compensate for our losses. Thanks for any information.
